Named after the forest surrounding Place of Changing Winds, the 2022 Larderdark Chardonnay marks its second release. From close-planted, low-yielding vines, it was foot-stomped, pressed, and fermented (alcoholic and malolactic) in a mixture of Wineglobe, an older barrique and a new 500L Dominique Laurent cask. Ageing occurred in a variety of vessels and was bottled end-of-November 2023. Only 1,437 bottles and 24 magnums produced.
